Dr. Vincenzo Iacovone was born in Matera on 16/01/1983, he obtained a master’s Degree and the PhD in Electronic Engineering from the University of Tor Vergata Rome specializing in Electrical Power Systems for Renewable Energy applications with a thesis on “Resonant dc-dc converters for photovoltaic applications”.  He obtained also a master in Photovoltaic Energy Engineering. He is author of many papers and articles about the power converters for renewable energy application.

During his professional experience, he has successfully led initiatives within the space Electrical Power System design and R&D environment in Thales Alenia Space Italy first and in OHB Italy currently,  focusing on delivering high-quality systems.
